Private Party Menu and Pricing

Washington’s Sports Bar and Grill would be privileged to book your party at our establishment. We book a variety of parties from 5 year old Birthdays to Wedding Receptions and Retirement Parties. Below are our standard rates for our food options and room rental fees for our parties, but may vary upon specific situations, i.e. Graduation Parties and Wedding Receptions. Room Rental Rates
Basement $65/hour (Capacity 250 people)
Upstairs $50/hour (Capacity 75 people)

Graduation Price Increase Rates: December 1st- December 31st & May 1st- May 31st
Basement $80/hour
Upstairs $65/hour

Nacho Bar $2/person- 30 person minimum
Taco Bar $3.50/person- 30 person minimum (2-3 tacos/person)
Nacho Supreme $4/person- 30 person minimum
(meat, beans, spicy queso, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, salsa)
Chips and Salsa $.65/person
BBQ Sandwiches $4/sandwich (pork or beef are available)
Homemade Beans $.85/person
Homemade Coleslaw $.70/person
Sub Sandwich $65/platter (club sandwich)
Wing Platters $40/platter of 50 wings
Flavors- Hot, Mongo (BBQ and Hot mix), BBQ, Caribbean, Teriyaki, Mild
Fruit Platter $85/platter (1/2 platters available- $45)
Veggie Platter $75/platter (1/2 platter available- $40)

Non-Alcoholic Options
Unlimited Sodas $1.50/person

Alcohol Options
Discuss at time of booking

Entertainment/Staff
DJ Varies upon event ($50 for 1 hour, 2 hour minimum)
Bartenders $15/hour
Security Varies upon event, ask Manager for details

Cakes and Desserts are the only items our guests are allowed to bring in.

We take a non-refundable deposit of ½ of the cost of the party to hold the room; once the deposit is received the room will be reserved.
